Ms. Thomas brings more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including 14 years with Aber Diamond Corporation where she served in ever increasing roles from initial discovery of the Diavik deposit as a geologist to Vice President Exploration and ultimately a Director of the Board. She was co-founder of Stornoway Diamond Corp., serving first as CEO and then as Executive Chairman. There she led the acquisition of the Renard diamond deposit, which subsequently became Quebec's first diamond mine. In 2007, she founded Lucara with partners Mr. Lukas Lundin and Ms. Catherine McLeod Seltzer and served as CEO between 2018 and 2023. Eira also served as CEO of Kaminak Gold Corporation, which was acquired by Goldcorp in 2016 for $520 Million and served as a Director of Suncor Energy for 17 years.

Dr. John P. Armstrong is a seasoned mining executive with more than 34 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, and government in Canada and Botswana. He spent over a decade with Lucara Diamond Corp., serving most recently as Vice President, Technical Services (2018-2024), where he led the technical team through pre-feasibility and feasibility study phases for the Karowe Underground Expansion - Botswana's first shaft-accessed underground diamond mine. Dr. Armstrong was also responsible for modelling Karowe's unique diamond size distribution and implementing innovative sensor-based XRT recovery circuits designed to preserve the value of the mine's largest, highest-value stones.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Armstrong built extensive hands-on experience in Archean gold systems. He worked as an underground production geologist at Placer Dome's Campbell Mine in Red Lake (1995-1997) and Miramar's Con Mine in Yellowknife (1994-1995), where he was responsible for daily grade control, stope mapping, and definition drilling.
He also worked on gold exploration at BHP's Boston Camp in the Hope Bay Greenstone Belt (1993) and contributed to regional compilation work in the Yellowknife Greenstone Belt with NERCO Minerals (1990-1992). His Ph.D. research at the University of Western Ontario focused on the silicate and sulphide mineral chemistry of free-milling and refractory gold ores of the Con Mine, Yellowknife.
Dr. Armstrong served as District Geologist - Diamonds with Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) from 1997-2004, where he tracked diamond exploration activities across the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. He held the Hutchison Visiting Chair for Mineral Deposits at the University of Western Ontario (2009-2012), where he mentored the next generation of exploration geologists.
Dr. Armstrong currently serves on the board of directors of Tectonic Metals Inc., He holds a Ph.D. in Geology (1997) and an Honours B.Sc. in Geology (1989) from the University of Western Ontario and is a registered Professional Geologist with NAPEG. Dr. Armstrong is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101.

Mr. Johnstone graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree and in 1979 earned his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. He has over 40 years experience with private and public companies. Most of that time has been focused on public mineral exploration and development companies working throughout North and South America, including acting as CFO of New Dimension Resources and of Creston Moly Corp.

Ms. Nowak has over 30 years of experience in the securities legal industry. In addition to her roll with North Arrow she is also the Corporate Secretary for Cornish Metals Inc (formerly Strongbow Exploration). In the past she has held this same position for Filo Mining Corp., International Northair Mines Ltd., New Dimension Resources Ltd., Troon Ventures Ltd., Stornoway Diamond Corporation, Capstone Mining Corp., Creston Moly Corp., Kaminak Gold Corporation, Bluestone Resources Inc., Kivalliq Energy Corporation and West Melville Metals Inc. Prior to her career as a Corporate Secretary in the junior resource sector, Ms. Nowak was a paralegal with DuMoulin Black LLP and held positions with Nexus Venture Capital Lawyers and Aber Diamond Corporation.

Allison Rippin Armstrong has over 25 years of experience in permitting, regulatory processes and environmental compliance, working with Indigenous organizations, resource companies, regulatory agencies, indigenous, territorial and federal governments. She served as the Vice President of Sustainability at Kaminak Gold Corp. until it was acquired by Goldcorp in 2016.
Ms. Rippin Armstrong has served on the board of Yukon Women in Mining as Vice President for three years. She is a founding member of the Yukon University Foundation Board and has served on NWT and Nunavut Chambers of Mines as well as a number of working groups for the PDAC. Ms. Rippin Armstrong has recieved six different awards recognizing her achievements in the industry.

Ms. Gattens brings nearly 15 years of leadership experience in corporate communications, capital markets, and public affairs within the global metals and mining sector. She joins Westhaven from Yukon Metals Corp., where she most recently served as Vice President, Investor Relations. Her background includes senior roles at the JDS Group of Companies, Sun Peak Metals Corp., VRIFY, Finning, and Goldcorp Inc., where she built and executed strategic communications programs that enhanced global brand visibility and strengthened investor engagement.
Ms. Gattens holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics from the University of Victoria. She is also certified in ProSci® Change Management and previously served for three years as a Director of Women in Mining British Columbia.

Mr. Thomas brings over 25 years of resource sector experience to his role as Manager of Investor Relations and Community Relations at North Arrow, a position he has held since late 2013. He served as Stornoway Diamond Corporation's Manager of Investor Relations for 8 years until the Company transitioned to mining, starting in 2013.
Nick holds a B.Sc in Geology, graduating from UBC in 1994. He worked as a geologist with Kennecott Canada from 1996 to 2000 exploring for gold and lead / zinc deposits in BC, and with Bitterroot Resources in 2003 and 2004 in Quebec exploring for nickel deposits before joining Stornoway later that year.
